Belle exprience... De l'accueil la visite de l'infirmire et du mdecin, j'ai eu la chance d'avoir un excellent service .
On nappelle depuis 8H le matin et la ligne est toujours occuper ces ridicules comment on nest mme pas capable de prendre de rendez-vous trs dus
Being an English speaker in Quebec, I was nervous about how I would be able to communicate with the staff: luckily, this was not a concern. The reception staff and nurses communicated with me well, and the physician in particular was very polite and gave me excellent care. The only reason this is not 5 stars is that I was asked to return twice before I even had an appointment, because they needed to fit me in. Overall, though, it was a good experience.
So disgusted with the service especially from the girls answering the phone and greeting people. They don't transfer the messages to the doctors and barely look at you.....argggg and that was my first time!
